Programme Objectives
By the end of the session candidates will be able to:
- Recognise the value of the 5S process within their workplace
- Identify how each stage of the process would work within their environment
- Discuss the 5 stages and how each one builds and support the other
Recognise that the process influences product quality and therefore customer perception and ultimately product value - Discuss how the quality process fits within the policies and procedures of Connor Solutions
- Discuss what benefits the 5s process will bring to the working environment i.e. the right equipment at the right place at the right time, in the right quality.

- All personnel who work or intending to work within a lean manufacturing process.
