- To help students to identify activities, which will enhance their interview techniques. To allow student to practice techniques in a safe environment.
Programme Objectives
By the end of the session candidates will be able to:
- Identify pre interview activities / research, which will prepare the candidate for interview
- State what information they should take with them to the interview
- Discuss ways of projecting the right image at an interview i.e entry behaviour
- Demonstrate an understanding of the reasons why people succeed or fail at the interview process
- Demonstrate acceptable interview technique (Through role play around a giving scenario)
- Respond successfully to questions during live sessions
- Identify essential questions to ask the prospective employer
