Programme Objectives


By the end of the session candidates will be able to:

  • Identify leadership styles and your own personal leadership style
  • Discuss and set smart objectives for goals that you wish to achieve
  • Consider the use of Action Centred Leadership and the benefits it brings to the team and the organisation
  • Demonstrate negotiating skills and ways of presenting a case
  • Discuss reasons for delegating responsibility, identify activity that you would delegate and that which you would not
  • Explain the value that delegation brings to the team
  • Discuss how they impact you make as a leader can be effected by your appearance
