Tom Scollen, Senior Trainer. Tom has assisted Organisations through expert tuition for the past 10 years. Tom’s passion for personal development, including his own which has lead to his impressive array of qualifications, is his key strength. His qualifications, which includes;

- Advanced Diploma in Professional Studies

- A1 and V1 Award
Thirza Turner, Trainer. Thirza has unprecedented experience and knowledge of the Care Sector. Thirza has worked with organisations as diverse as Redcar & Cleveland Social Services, Hartlepool Social Services and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust. Thirza is a specialist within Skills for Care and has assisted many Organisations, including those mentioned, in developing bespoke programmes to meet their needs. Her qualifications, which includes;

Steve Levett, Trainer. Steve has been training people within some of the regions most prestigious Organisations for over 25 years. His skills in developing people on the front line is unprecedented and his work within an NVQ Assessor environment has added value to both current and previous customers. Steve leads the PPD Pre Employment Programmes where he is regularly given positive feedback from the most unlikely source.

Sales Team
Michelle Lacey, Sales Executive. Michelle is a recent addition to the Premium People sales team and has brought a refreshing outgoing approach to servicing clients within her sector. Her vivacious personality is infectious and has been a major contributing factor in Premium People securing some of the regions largest organisations.
Management & Administration Team
Paul Boyes, General Manager. Paul is a co-founder of Premium People Development and his passion for training stems very much from his time as The Royal Mail Group regional director. Paul was a catalyst in several of Royal Mails management development initiatives that have assisted in the Group’s turnaround. Paul used his MBA to develop a High Performance Management System (HPMS) for RMG.
Kelly Forsyth, Training and Development Manager. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the training and development industry. This experience has been put to wide spread use within PPD with Kelly’s portfolio of responsibility including: Sales and account management; Funding management; centre contact for awarding bodies; Tender management. Kelly has developed dozens of positive relationships that have helped many organisations achieve unprecedented levels of performance improvement.
Gail Devlin, Finance Manager. Gail has worked within the training sector in several disciplines for more than 6 years. This diversity has been widely used by several of our key customers in identifying and understanding the developmental needs of their organisation. Gail is the key financial brain behind our organisation and keeps us on the straight and narrow!
