• Before the programme we will visit you and discuss your exact training needs and what you want from the programme
• We will design a bespoke training programme (including images of your working environment, your policies and procedures) according to your identified needs
• During the programme we will dispense with 'techno babble' and use plain language to enhance learning
• We will help your staff to identify further training needs and sign post them to the most appropriate source of assistance (this may not be our organisation).
• We seek honest and accurate feedback. To do so, our process allows for non-discriminatory and 'pressure free' responses.
• After the programme we will contact your organisation (HR, Production Manager, Training Manager etc..) to confirm that we have exceeded your expectations, in fact we are so confident in our abilities that we guarantee  that you will be delighted with the results. 
  
• We will provide on-going support to both your company and course participants in pursuit of their CPD (Continued Professional Development)
